Jen Packard, LCSW
A BIT MORE ABOUT ME...
My therapy practice honors the diversity of human beings and does not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, age, religion, ability, marital status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
I identify as a lifelong learner and value curiosity, openness, and the simple joys of life. I practice yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and pranayama (breath regulation). I enjoy spending my time gardening, going for walks, reading, and living an artful life. I’m a fan of living room dancing, The Golden Girls, and ginger beer.
