"I am passionate about helping youth, adults and families navigate life's complexities. My therapy practice honors the diversity of human beings and does not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, age, religion, ability, marital status, sexual orientation, or gender identity. I am an LGBTQI+ ally and advocate, feminist, and antiracist.
I am a lifelong learner. I value curiosity, openness, and the simple joys of life. I practice yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and pranayama (breath regulation). I enjoy swimming, gardening, going for walks, reading, and living an artful life. I’m a fan of living room dancing, The Golden Girls, and ginger beer."

I integrate principles of trauma-informed care into all services, ensuring a focus on safety, trust, collaboration, empowerment, and cultural sensitivity."
